Airedon was commissioned by Clark and Partners of Sheffield to address potential enforcement action against works carried out to provide additional parking spaces for their workforce.  The City Council was concerned that the implemented works contravened a planning condition on an earlier permission that limited the number of spaces.

The City Council were also concerned that the parking area is located within a designated ‘Green Corridor’ that was imposed over part of the landholding on an earlier version of the UDP despite the business use of the property being established.

We are pleased to say that permission has been forthcoming, with a simple requirement for limited additional landscaping which can be accommodated in a location that does not affect the business use of the property.
