One of Airedon’s Directors, Laura, has been hard at work recently promoting our skills and expertise in equestrian and rural development schemes.

Last week she had the pleasure of visiting a client in Aberford who has recently completed the installation of a beautiful residential log cabin to support their growing equestrian rehab and competition yard. As you can imagine, the client is thrilled with the end result and it certainly beats living in a Portakabin!

Laura assisted in gaining planning permission for the change of use of the private equestrian yard to a specialised rehab and competition yard, as well as gaining temporary consent for the log cabin. A planning application will be submitted for a permanent dwelling after 3 years once it can be demonstrated that the business is capable of supporting the essential need for permanent on-site residence.
