Airedon is extremely pleased to have secured planning permission for the change of use of a stable yard to a combination development of livery yard and commercial riding school in Rotherham’s Green Belt!
It was clear from the planning history of the site that highway safety was a concern, particularly in relation to exiting the site onto a narrow busy rural road. Airedon produced a Design and Access Statement to accompany the application, which included a full assessment of anticipated trip generation and justification for the development, which will ensure the viability of the associated farming business in challenging times for the agricultural industry. And what makes it even sweeter is that the decision notice landed with no restrictive or pre-commencement conditions attached!
