Sometimes the little wins are by far the best! The Higgs family appointed our Director Laura back in February to review proposed plans to extend their home in Penistone and to prepare a site location plan. Although James did a fantastic job in preparing the proposed site and elevation plans himself (he used to be a builder), the family wanted to ensure everything was in order and that the proposals would not be contentious prior to submitting their Householder Application to Barnsley MBC – they were desperate to get cracking with their project!
We were delighted to hear that planning permission was granted without any issues and we received this fantastic picture of the family hard at work digging trenches in preparation for the construction of their extension!
