Our latest conquest was against the development of 4 dwellings not far from Laura’s home in Bassetlaw District. In our view the development would have had series detrimental impacts on the historical form of the settlement, biodiversity, visual aspects of the landscape and highway safety. And we are pleased to say that the application was refused under delegated powers, with the Case Officer using our reasons as the basis for his decision.
We will be keeping a close eye on matters for our client as there is still chance for the applicant to appeal against the decision, however we feel we have very good grounds to challenge the proposals further. Watch this space!
